Roots

A young Christos Giannes arrives in America with his family from Greece, learning the sacred craft of hospitality in his mother and father's pizza shop. Every dough stretched by hand, every customer greeted by name. The foundation of a lifetime's calling takes shape in a small Connecticut town.

1970s // A New Chapter

The Journey South

Drawn by opportunity and the warmth of the South, Christos brings his Mediterranean soul to Georgia. Greek tradition meets Southern hospitality, and the union would go on to define decades of community and service.
